A great review is what any performer craves, it would be greatly appreciated if you would leave an honest testimonial for John's performance when you saw him live.

John recently performed at a Jubilee Party in the care home that my Dad lives. It was amazing to see all of the residents singing and dancing along to John. My Dad suffers from Dementia but loves his music and it’s the first time in a long time, that my sister and I have seen him so happy. It was actually my Dad’s 78th birthday on the day John performed and my Dad thought the entertainment was especially for him. John didn’t disappoint, he sang happy birthday to my Dad and it made his birthday. All of the residents, their families and staff had a fantastic afternoon being entertained by John, just amazing!"

I would like to thank John for a fantastic evenings entertainment, I have received nothing but positive feedback from all guests as to his song choices, delivery and humour. John managed to lift the room and engage everyone present at this family gathering ranging from 18-80yrs. I would highly recommend John to anyone as being extremely professional, courteous and flexible (with regards timings and song choices). Also extremely pleasant and easy to deal with directly for booking queries. Once again, a great big thankyou John from myself and our family

The Village Crossing Bar, BILLINGHAM
"John Royce played his set in our Micro pub, The village crossing bar on April 1st. His music was varied through the decades and he played some of the most popular blasts from the past. All of our customers enjoyed the music and he brought a great atmosphere to the bar. A very successful night and hope to host him again soon."

John "plays" St George

Having celebrated St Patrick's Day in style, Hallgarth Care Home thought it was only right to do the same for St George, even though England's patron saint is famously Turkish! Red and white were the order of the day, with flags flying high alongside hand-drawn pictures of St George in full armour about to do battle with the dragon - created by the ever-imaginative Hallgarth Art Club!

Entertainer John Royce was the star of the show, arriving in full regalia and despite the heat remaining in costume for the full afternoon. His songs took everyone on a wonderful nostalgic journey through the 1950's and 60s, including tunes from Cliff Richard, Neil Diamond and Roy Orbison and he even worked in topical number with 'Puff the Magic Dragon.'

Here is resident Elizabeth pictured with 'St George'. She took such a shine to the dragon hat that she wore it with pride all afternoon!

A lovely day - and thank you to John Royce for his excellent humour and spirit thorough out his visit - it really was great fun.

Would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of the village nursing home. Thank you john for coming to our home today.. Great singer and would 100% recommend you. Our residents loved singing along to your music and laughing at your jokes. It was a joy having you this afternoon and we will be in touch again.. Thanks again John.

Charity event in Wetherill, Cumbria

We hired John to perform at our Charity's (Oaktree Animal Charity) Birthday which was an outdoor event. We asked John to perform as many songs as he could which featured animals in the title such as "A Horse with No Name" and "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo" as well as the songs from the sixties and seventies and the eighties. Everyone was delighted with the event and John even let our Vicar use his equipment to make his address. I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone looking for a very professional performer.
